Frequently Asked Questions
What is the cost of renovating my house?
The cost of renovating your house can vary significantly depending on factors such as the condition and age of the property, the size of the project, the materials used, the complexity of the work, and your location.
In 2024, the cost of a home renovation ranged from €1,000 to €1,500 per square meter, including standard-specification materials. For larger projects with high-end materials, prices could go up to €2,200–€2,500 per square meter.
Complete home rewiring, re-plumbing, heating system replacements, and thermal insulation upgrades will significantly increase the overall cost.

I want to do multiple things at one, is it possible?
Absolutely! In fact, this is one of the most common requests we receive.
Our customers are not DIY enthusiasts and typically have busy lifestyles. Managing a large renovation project is not something they want to take on, as it requires a significant time investment, often comes with unexpected challenges, and can easily exceed the budget and timelines.
How many teams would you need to coordinate to handle multiple tasks at once—such as rewiring, re-plumbing, installing steel beams and pillars in structural walls, replacing floors, painting, creating media units, and renovating the kitchen and bathrooms? Are you replacing the plasterboard? Do you want to skim the walls?
We are a one-stop shop, capable of managing and executing the entire project from A to Z, eliminating all the hassle for you.

Do I need an architect and an engineer for my renovation work?
Some projects may require an architect or an engineer specifically if the work involves changing any of the structure (like structural wall that carry the weight of the building , or the foundations). An architect is needed when submitting applications or permissions to the authorities or during. They are also required to issue certificates of compliance - an important document that is needed to confirm that the work done on the structure of the house is compliant with the regulations. Such document is requested by prospective owners and their lawyers during the purchase agreement,
Do you have an architect and an engineer? Can you help us with design and rendering?
Yes, we do! Contact us for more information.
Do I need to obtain permissions to do renovations?
It really depends on the desired work and the property. In the majority of cases, internal renovations do not require permissions if work does not alter the external size or shape of the building and if it does not alter the structure. However, some categories of buildings would be the exact opposite - in the majority of cases, internal renovations will require permission - such as protected structures (those with historical value), less so in apartment complexes (where, as example, the roof and attic spaces are not owned by the apartment owner).
